a complainer is someone who excessively complains yet is well aware of it. they loudly notice/complain about what everyone else secretly complains about. they merely speak for the multitude.

Someone who is picky to the point of not being able to shut the fuck up about the bad stuff and concentrate on just ONE good thing around them.
One who opens up their study material, flips on the TV, watches TV for twenty minutes and then exclaims, "STUDYING IS SOOOO HARD!"

"Oh I can't believe I'm getting such a bad grade in this class! Ugh, I don't want to watch this, the TV sucks. I don't feel like studying today. I think I'll just take a nap instead. Wow this bed is so uncomfortable! I wish someone would run me over."

While something may be terribly annoying, listening to someone complaining about that thing is always worse.

Alternatively: The only thing more annoying than (x) is someone who can't stop complaining about (x).

Andy: I hate this snow! I'd rather live in Iraq than in this terrible weather!
Bill: Shut up.
Andy: Why? You hate snow as much as I do!

Cozmo complainer

An individual of the male gender who, when out with friends orders drinks that are traditionally not consumed by guys ( cosmopolitan, wine coolers ect) ... This person then complains that he is hungover for the next three days while his friends who drank more then him, proceed to crack jokes about this person being a little girl
