clones

Street term for clonazepam and klonopin. Usually popped to calm someone's nerves in sketchy situations. 2mg makes you feel like you downed a 12 pack of beer. Very fast acting. Taking too much usually just results in sleep.

Attack of the clones

When a movie has such bad writing that you stop listening to the movie and start making up the dialogue in your head. A reference to the second movie in the star wars prequel trilogy, which had writing just as bad as phantom menace but suffered more because George Lucas was stupid enough to try to write romance scenes.

Anakin: Your skin is soft. Not like sand. Sand is hard and unpleasant to be around. Not like your skin.

Guy: Fuck it, this thing's an attack of the clones. Lucky I brought ear plugs.

Anakin in that guy's head: Wow, I can't believe how lame I am right now. I wish it could be several years later. I'll be such a bamf then. Not like sand at all.

A term for a "know it all" or "smarty pants". Someone who thinks they are smart but haven't got a clue, hence the name clonkside, slightly resembling something scientific, but actually being complete nonsense.

Contrary to what he believes, he is simply a clonkside.

the clones

Fans of radio and TV show host Jim Rome, who coined the term to emphasize the tendency of callers to simply reiterate all of his own points. Unlike the somewhat similar phenomenon of "dittoheads", clones celebrate their status in an ironic manner, often making reference to the humorously pathetic lives they suspect such clones must live.

When running smack, the clones must remember to actually have a take and, most importantly, not to suck.
