The Combine Male is one who assimilates with the entirety of all those that consider themselves combine: In Essence he has no defining qualities other than Combine i.e.; Assimilating all into the whole, generally having a lack of emotion, and a strong hatred of lambda males. He's the kinda guy that would browse 4Chan on a habitual basis.

A large peice of farming machinery, often used for clearing nursery's, kindergartens and petting zoo's.
Uses large saw like blades to cut through things with ease, is only really used for clearing nursery's, kindergartens and petting zoo's of annoying items. aka children
