A person who espouses socialist ideals while enjoying a wealthy and luxurious lifestyle usually on their parents dime in a gentrified area. Will often use dog whisltes such as "low info" to talk about minorities who don't worship Bernie Sanders.

Leave it to champaign socialists to try and turn BLM about anything other than race. Did they miss the "Black" part of it?

Champaign-Urbana

Two connected towns in central Illinois mostly known for UIUC, an amazing college. Champaign Urbana is also known for wannabe gangsters, incredibly inconsistent crime rates, and features heavy segregation, despite little racism.

Champaign Socialist

Someone who pretends to advocate for the working class but actively discriminates against people from a lower socio-economic background. This can take of the form of various types of ways such as being condescending towards the less educated, and those who lack similar economic opportunities or cultural exposures. Particularly it can perpetuate a type of class war through culture and education, or climbing a hierarchical ladder in a socialist organization, while also discrediting and demeaning other people's viewpoints given their perceived education and privileged socioeconomic upbringing.

God, I can't believe that champaign socialist tried to get that person fired for saying something mildly controversial, even though they might have a family to support or could be struggling with addiction.
