It is a common thought that in rodeo the bull or bronc's testicles are tied up using a flank strap to get it to buck. Similarily a Brodieo is a guy who has his testicles tied up and under the control of his significant other to the point where it is questionable whether or not he even has any testicles at all. A guy that is a Brodieo will do things that are overly romantic and is a complete kiss ass to his girl.
