Get the the boondocks mug.The highly anticipated sequel to the original 1999 movie, The Boondock Saints. It was released on October 30, 2009 exclusively to only 67 theaters nationwide; however, expanded to additional theaters in November and again in December.
Due to the first movie practically becoming an instant cult classic, there was much hesitation from the fans who were both eager and skeptic to watch it. Yet, astoundingly enough, the writer and director, Troy Duffy, managed to produce a sequel that was equally as incredible as the first. (Though, the first will always win due to the fact that it was the film that started it all, the second one exceeded just about everyones expectations).
Future viewers can anticipate the following from this film: references to every major scene and joke from the first film, appearances and cameos of ALL (yes, that is somewhat a spoiler) the same characters from the first (including the bartender with Tourette's syndrome and Rocco's girlfriends cat!), do not fret over the addition of a seemingly attractive FBI agent for there is still no underlying theme of a romance (which is yet another reason most people adored the original film), and the anticipation of a third film to be made!

Whoa, the sequel to The Boondock Saints, The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day, far exceeded my expectations and I now officially adore them both!

Get the Boondock Saints mug.The Boondock Saints is my favorite movie because it inspires thought, has humor, it's a different aspect of film because there is no hidden romantic agenda with a woman with one of the brothers, neither of the brothers die to over-do the dramatics... there is enough dramatic in it with roccos death that it doesnt need anymore. it is a perfect example of a classic film that everyone should watch.
if all the popular kids like it and quote it and it gets annoying- that doesnt mean the movie isnt good that just means that they want to be even more popular and they want to be in... has NOTHING to do with how good the movie is or any of the such... some people shouldnt let other people decide what movies are good and which ones arent... i like the movie because it is a good fu**ing movie, not because some people DONT know about it... and if more people know about it i will be even more stoked because then when all saints day comes out they will make the right amount of money and recognition for such a great story line and film... *cough emo rebel cough*

They are typically Nature lovers and truly believe in "Pack it in, pack it out" and you will seldom be able to tell whether they have visited a location or not.
The mode of travel can be anything on wheels and if so driven they may as well have solar panels to aid in off the grid traveling and visiting locations. Many people are surprised at the education levels found within this group as they range from Doctorates to high school graduates or simply a GED. Whatever their education level, they all seem to have a common thread: To travel freely and enjoy the great outdoors with as little impact on Mother Earth and Society as they can.
