BFF stands for Best Friend Forever, to me a BFF always has your back and is with you through everything. Having a best friend should be like having a brother or sister. Sure you'll have fights ,but you'll always make up. A best friend is someone you can't live without someone that fills a void in your life, someone who cares about you and who you care about. You shall have the strongest bonds that no one can sever. You may go in some of the best journeys in life together and have the best experiences while in each other's company. A BFF is a true friend you will have forever.

What exactly is a BFF*? Well, we all know what a BFF is right? A Best Friend Forever. But by adding the *, we take it to an elevation level that many people don’t have the privilege of knowing, let alone being with one.
A BFF* is for that division of Generation X who do not need to “officially “ define their relationships. Let’s be honest. We are too old to be using terms like “boyfriend “ or “girlfriend.” That is too gauche for our generation. Yes, we could use “partner,” but it’s a little stale and bougie. We are not the pretentious or conventional middle class. We are educated, forward thinkers who know what we want in life. We want that * in our relationship definition.
We are at an age where we are looking for companionship. Someone to laugh with. Someone to hang out with. Someone to have fun with. Hence the BFF.
Oh but that . Without it, we have a BFF. Nothing wrong with a BFF. But some of us want a little more. And that is where the * comes in. That little asterisk conveys so much meaning. So when you take your BFF, and you add in the asterisk, you get something remarkable. You get all of the above, plus fantastic sex. Yup, you guessed it. The * is all about the sex. Because let’s be honest. It’s great to go out and have a fantastic day with your BFF, but it’s even better to bring your BFF home with you, and extend the day into a mind blowing night of magnificent sex.
A BFF* is the true unicorn of Generation X.

Your "Best Friend Forever". Someone you know you can trust. A sibling from another parent. The one friend you hang out with the most. Someone who will laugh when you laugh, cry when you cry, and smile when you smile. They will stand up for you, and they will listen when you blab on and on about all of life's problems.

best friends forever...an interjection that is used to end an email in case one of the corresponding parties dies in a car crash in a ditch before the two see each other again.

Stands for Best Friends Forever. An abbreviation mostly written on binders or notes by girls in grade school, however, over the last few years, people who use to use the term in grade school have actually started saying it, typically in a joking manner, to mean a close relationship with someone.
