A baby conceived from having sex in a car, usually, but not limited to, the backseat.

Because Ricky and Charlotte have only had sex once, in the back-seat of his car, and she is now pregnant, her child would be considered a Back-Seat Baby.

The act of whining, complaining, and/or otherwise compromising the sanity of others with one's unnecessary blubbering; similar to bitching except that a person who does this is usually just bitching for no reason.
Baby back bitches usually partake in this annoyance.
