Get the balmug. From the electronic world of instant messaging. It is short for "bad-at-life." Someone with poor inter-personal skills who is also extremely annoying, but thinks they are "all that."
Yo, she's just b-a-l.

Get the balmug. Symphonic Black metal band from Yorkshire, England formed by vocalist Byron Roberts.
Bal-Sagoth put together their first demo in 1993 have since then released six other albums. A Black Moon Broods over Lemuria, Starfire Burning Upon The Ice-Veiled Throne of Ultima Thule, Battle Magic, The Power cosmic, Atlantis Ascendant, and The Chtonic Chronicles.
Byron Roberts was influenced by such novelists as Robert E. Howard, H. P. Lovecraft, Clark Ashton Smith, Edgar Rice Burroughs and Jack Kirby.
It's no suprise at all that Bal-Sagoth can compose such content with Byron Robert's background in midieval reinactment and degree in English.
However, what makes Bal-Sagoth truly unique is how they use narrative voice overs throughout their songs, and alot of the lyrics are composed of dialogue.
Bal-Sagoth's first album "A Black Moon Broods Over Lemuria" had more of a death metal sound to it, however over the years they've developed a more symphonic black sound.
Based off of alot of ancient legends and tales Bal-Sagoth takes you into a world of sorcery and steel, magic and mayhem. Ranging from Atlantis to Egypt with their Atlantis Ascendant album, even to the very edge of the cosmos itself with The Power Cosmic album released in 1999.
Recently Byron Roberts has mentioned doing some comic books, and possibly a novel.
