So it's, in my opinion, a better way to say: "you mean the world to me" because the universe is infinitely greater, bigger, and stronger than just the world. "And a half" is the basic meaning of it, where in this case, you'd use it as a way to say that something is very good, large, etc. ( in a positive sense, of course).

That was a lie. It was the thing that is happening to me. I told you that that was going to happen. You wanted ME to do that. You wanted ME to murder your kids. I said INSTEAD OF MURDERING YOUR KIDS... I was going to do this. You didn't like this. You wanted me to not able to do this successfully and it's more success than anyone has ever had. And you can't get me to murder your kids and you can't BLAME ME for the thing YOU DID... So you are trying to abscond with or diminish my success.
