1. A rediculous person that likes to be a nuicance. They can go mental at any point, so beware.
2. Quite frankly, a bit of a player - but one that is way too enthusiastic and a bit of a twit.

Person 1; Wow, look at that girl
Person 2 ; Omg she's mental isn't she?
Person1: Quite the Lemoniser.
Person 2 ; I want her babies!
Person 1 ; Don't worry you can have mine
Person 2 ; why thank you.

when one finds their lemon drop candy box containing only rabbit droppings. Often arises as a joke or dare at the lemon drop factory.

Johnny: Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids.
Trix Rabbit: I'll trade you these unopened lemon drops for your cereal!
Johnny: Okay! Hey, these aren't lemon drops, their just rabbit poop
