Sithian

-Given to explaining or defining matters or events as absolutes, especially when not considering the subtleties of the situation.

Derived from the line in Starwars: Episode III, Revenge of the Sith, when Obi-Wan realizes evil has consumed Anakin Skywalker; "only a Sith deals in absolutes".

My boss, in his usual Sithian manner, told me, "We HAVE to extend the roof 5 more feet", failing to realize that the roof would then touch the ground.
