T-Series is an Indian music record label and film production company founded in the 1960's and became popular in India as most of the top musicians have worked with them. They used to sell cassettes and CD's from the 90's to 00's but since 2010, they also have a YouTube channel featuring artists from all over India that people from the Indian subcontinent listen to avidly. Currently, in 2018 it has edged out Pewdiepie, who was the formerly the most subscribed channel on YouTube and thus was brought into the limelight.

Because of its large subscriber count, many #gamerbros have been shitting themselves, or as they would put it getting "triggered", over something that people in India and other places like. For reference, as of right now T-Series has 75 million subscribers on Youtube and there are over 1.3 billion people in India. Somehow, these whiny gamer dudes just cannot wrap their heads around that many people liking something and yell that they must be using bots to get their subscriber count on Youtube.
