When you go on urban dictionary to search up one word, but end up on the website for 3+ hours looking up similar words.

Amy: Where were you yesterday?
Kyle: Well I was going to come, but I wanted to check a word on UD really quick and found myself in an urban dictionary loop for 4 hours.

Solitaire Loop

When one starts playing computer solitaire (or any variation played on the computer) and is unable to stop playing until they have won. Most frustrating when you cannot win. Also equally frustrating when you have won and you want to win more causing a continuous cycle or loop.

Mom: Johnny, dinner's ready!
Johnny: I can't come down yet, I'm stuck in a solitaire loop!

Person 1: Hey how come you aren't responding to my message?
Person 2: Sorry I'm stuck in a solitaire loop.

fe loop

FE-LOOPING is usually used in the roblox game "The Streets." It refers to the act of using a bot account and merging it with another person's character in order to glitch them, leaving them unable to move. This process continues until (1), the user stops the loop. (2), the user leaves the game. (3), you leave the game. (4) The server is shut down. There is currently no way to escape the loop unless 1 of these four actions occur. During this process, however, you are able to talk to the person's bot of whom is looping you.

"Dude, this kid was so bad that he had to get an exploiter to fe loop me."

"Hey man, can you fe loop this rando for me?"

strange loop

A strange loop is a cyclic structure that goes through several levels in a hierarchical system. It arises when, by moving only upwards or downwards through the system, one finds oneself back where one started. A strange loop is a hierarchy of levels, each of which is linked to at least one other by some type of relationship. A strange loop hierarchy is "tangled" in that there is no well defined highest or lowest level; moving through the levels, one eventually returns to the starting point, i.e., the original level. Strange loops may involve self reference or paradox.

Call of Duty Infinite Loop

When you are playing Call of Duty, and you have to do something else, like school or work, and you tell yourself "One more match" after every match, but always find an excuse to play another, and another, and another, etc. Time loses all meaning while in this loop.
