The last few minutes that the bar is open, usually anywhere between 2:00 and 2:30am. All of the good looking girls have been taken home already, leaving just the mingers and operationally attractive.

John: Did you see that ugly broad that came out of Nick's room this morning?
Dave: Yeah he picked her up at garbage time last night.

garbage plate

Just about an entire cookout (burger or hotdog, mac salad, fried, hotsauce, condements, usually served with bread) on a foam food tray. All in all about 3000 calories and enough food to last several days.

The garbage plate is proof the god love the people of Rochester and wants up to be happy.

Garbage Wiping

The act of wiping with previously used tissue paper (usually retrieved from the garbage), because the toilet paper is all gone. This relatively gross act is to be used as a last resort method of wiping, and is not for everyone. Some would rather continue with a poopy butt than subject themselves to this.
