A term coined by Andre knot and Zach Jackson of the A to Z podcast. When some jackass motherfucker says or does something incredibly stupid that they delusionally think is praiseworthy and should be the reason everyone likes and admires them, you could say "congrats for being a big fucking pompous dumbass who lacks the basic human decency to shut the fuck up about yourself and remains oblivious as to how others perceive your clueless arrogance."

Or, you can save yourself the effort and just say "congrat"

Johnny Manziel has been tweeting endlessly about living clean and getting in shape to return to the NFL ...from a autograph booth inside a shopping mall sports memorabilia store. you inspire nothing but confidence Johnny Football. Congrat.

A term representing any of the many forms of oral sex, performed solely for purpose of celebrating a special occasion. Occurs most commonly in the context of stagnant, loveless marriages.

For when you want to congratulate someone, but the accomplishment was small enough that they only deserve one congratulation. Most often used in sarcastic situations or to express that you you don't care.

Example 1:

Person A: Hey man, I found a lucky penny!
Person B:Congrat
Person A: Fuck you, man
Example 2: Omegle
Stranger 1: M
Stranger 2: Congrat.
Stranger 1 has disconnected.
