When you are about in your early teenage years, you'll be scrolling through google, looking at whatever the fuck you looked up. Then, after a lot of scrolling, you see it. It, being the one picture that transmits a sexual feeling. You decide to look deeper into the internet, using rule 34 sites and such.

Essentially, it's the one picture that turns you on and makes you want to masturbate for the first time.

Person 1: Hey, you remember when you first started masturbating?
Person 2: Yeah, I saw That One Image and it totally set me off...

It's that annoying message that certain email websites will give when they are forcing your 24.7MB of gifs into the maximum 25MB of space alloted per email. If you happen to mess with your computer at all during this time, it will delete everything you just did and tell you it couldn't process that much weeb trash at once.
