When you have a light itch between your butt cheeks that you constantly scratch and then becomes a rash forming around the ring of the shit hole. then referred to as "Plumbers Itch"

When someone who is not an Otaku but fond of anime/manga feels the need to buy everything related to their favorite anime/manga once it goes out of print. Usually due to a fear of an extreme increase in price.

Oh shit, Bandai dropped Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, I better buy all the DVD from Amazon before their value increases. My Otaku Itch is acting up.

Not to be confused with Dhobi Itch, which is an altogether different Itch.
