Metro hick

A metro-hick is guy who is a metro sexual but is from the country as opposed to the city. Educated and hard working, although may have a city job and contrary to a metro-sexual he is very masculine-grew up playing hockey, football etc. He takes great care in grooming himself and shopping for clothes, ironing them. He is good looking, country-style-'stylish', country-style-'fashionable', country-style-'trendy', country-style-'cultured', etc. Going to great lengths to ensure his Tommy H shirts and jeans fit properly to hang out with his buddies at the local watering hole, drinking pints and playing poker. While he can bunk (hanging onto a car bumper on icy roads with four of his closest buddies as their ride home) on country back roads with the best of them, he will offer to be the driver as to not wreck his new perfectly polished leather zippered boots. Honest and loyal to his special lady.
