Someone who puts on a fake face to say thank you, when they are visibly unsatisfied with your deed. Often at times when being served by a form of customer service.

When a thank you, really seems like a fuck you.

Today a lady waited quite a while for her coffee while I was working at the cafe. She started being a cow about how slow we were taking, but before she left she sarcastically said thank you. What a dumb futy!
