Sutherland rules

There often comes a time in any competitive sport, game or pastime where the rules are mysteriously changed to favour one participant. This participant will convince all his or her opponents that these are the commonly accepted and legitimate rules regardless of available published regulations which are to hand and which they seem to contradict.

The person asserting these revised rules will be strongly advantaged and will almost invariably win as a result of these rules. These are Sutherland Rules.

Jim won the crazy golf competition, but only by adopting the Sutherland rules.

Grafitti initiated in the 1960's in which the name of a high school classmate of one of the grafitti artists was spread far and wide on walls throughout the world, in India, England, Vietnam, and Mexico and many other countries the phrase "overby rules the world" was repeated and repeated over and over again as the one classmate had told the other "I will make your name well known far and wide" and he could not tell a lie.

Mr X - I know, let's write overby rules the world on each one of the ceramic tiles in that entire bathroom!
Mr Y - But there are probably over a thousand tiles!
Mr. X - All the more likely to make a favorable impression! Mr. Y - Let's get started!

When you have a massive boner in a very uncomfortable situation and your erection needs to be tucked into your waist line pointing up to your stomach to conceal it.

Mark's teacher asked him to write on the black board so he had to apply the tuck rule to hide his boner from the whole class.

off-the-riley

a move in basketball where a player bounces the ball off a rather short kid(prefferably with the last name Riley)'s head then dribbles it under his legs while he's trying to figure out what happened.

I pulled an off-the-riley on Riley and got a buck from my teacher.
