One Note ending

A single note, usually the tonic of a peace that is played loudly and boldly to stay in ending. This is usually a quarter note or the note that whatever gets a beat.

I say that the one note ending is too easy to play and but it’s fun

Long ending

A long ending, usually at an end of a musical piece, which could be hold extra using a fermata. This usually is resolved in the tonic, and is used by a note duration, either longer or as long as the measure.

When I play long endings, my hands sometimes hurt by playing them

Longa ending

Similar to a long ending, but the note is marked with text indicating a longa this is usually held out longer

There is a longa ending there so when you play yet, make sure you held it for longer

Fade out ending

This happens in music where the piece simply feeds out into nothing either signing to fade out or by using a decrescendo using niente marking

Fade out Endings are sometimes boring, but could be powerful and are always cliché.

High ending

Usually a long ending feeding out or just diminishing on a high frequency usually by first violins

The high ending is one of my favorite types of endings because it makes the music sound peaceful

Suspense ending

This ending is usually a longer note, or sometimes a tremolo, depending on what, but plays a diminished chord or a other cord, that makes discord

The suspense ending is sometimes called the diminish ending

Cadence ending

Just like a short ending this uses two notes instead of one if the first note is a perfect fifth down from the tonic, which then resolves to the second note, which is the tonic, this is to be played in the quick secession using short notes however, though there is some instances using the notes being still Marcato But having a longer delayed rest

The cadence ending resolves everything
