A book trophy is a book that is bought for the explicit purpose of showcasing it in a persons personal collection of books, after they have finished reading it. The book is often read digitally.
My wife had ordered her book trophies online after having finished reading a few books, to remind herself of the pleasures of reading them.

Bog Book- (North Irish) A book you take to the toilet with you to pass the time. Usually a favourite book or the one you happen to be reading at the time. While most who take a Bog Book to the lavatory will also take a newspaper or a laptop, Only actual books can have the term applied. That said, some scientists believe that Laptops and Newspapers serve much the same function in the same situation. Kindle users however, are just pretentious cunts and would be advised to do everyone else a favour and flush their overpriced nonsense down the shitter from whence it came.

A short 22-44 page book with art panels and speech bubbles, usually with superheroines and such. Usually separated into many individual issues and then collected into trade paperbacks when the stories are done.
Despite what the other descriptions say they are not incredibly sexist or misogynistic.
Comic books have been around for a long time but really started to be known in 1938 with Action Comics #1, or the first appearance of Superman. Since then comic books have been expanding and growing through different companies and brands.
You can find comics at your LCS (Local Comic Store), most of the time the people will be helpful and happy to help you find what you want. Support your local LCS everybody!
