A sith law making it so that there can never be more than two active sith at one time, one master, and one pupil. The rule was set in place by Darth Bane after he killed all the other sith.(Darth bane also started the tradition of prefixing sith names with "darth")

Darth Sideous only ever had one deciple at a time, first Darth Maul, then Darth Tyranus, then Darth Vader. Although he surounded himself with other Dark Jedi, there were only ever two Sith at one time, in accordance with the Rule Of Two.

11 O'Clock Rule

The time that a party really "begins", no matter what scheduled time the party was actually supposed to start previous. This is the time that, without fail, droves of people show up all at once and a party can go from almost non-existent to full-fledged rager.

"Man, this party was so lame for like the past 3 hours, now it's insane! (Looking down at watch, seeing it's around 11 PM) 11 O'Clock Rule, happens every time!"

The Silver Rule

The Silver Rule is so-named because it is similar to the well-known Golden Rule. However, it is a bit easier to do. The Silver Rule is simply, "Don't be a douche bag." Instead of having to do something like the Golden Rule, all you have to do is not be a douche bag.

I hate that Brandon, he just doesn't live by The Silver Rule.

Rule 64 states that the act of "bragging" about female "conquests" is disallowed. This is due to the negative global image such a depravity places on the art, as well as the decrease in social worth for the individual as those who are extremely successful feel no need to broadcast the fact.

A phrase use to denote that a person is trying to make others follow rules without having to follow them themselves.

Jane apparently has a rules for thee and not for me type of logic regarding her staff fucking the retards in her group home because she's trying to bully me into following the rules why simultaneously protect Kendra from having to follow them. Kendra complains about me not doing my job but she's fucking the retard and only works if I leave it all my work for the child murderer. Rules for thee and not for me I guess.
