Someone whom upon your first impression is generally positive, but over time, gets worse the more you get to know them. Like, an iceberg, most of their douchiness is concealed, but becomes more and more apparent the more you see them.

Someone who conisistently makes fun of you and your Toontown lifestyle. They are inconsiderate of your feelings towards Toontown and could not care less. Often times, they are a close friend who does not understand the benefits of Toontown, cogs, gags, etc.

Lindsay is SUCH a toon douche, she always makes fun of me for playing toontown!
