Acute DSB Sickness is a medical illness that is caught by individuals who return to their former homes or places they have lived after they moved away. They are inflicted with a great sense of regret and disappointment, knowing that their new homes and areas in which they live, will never be as greats as where they once lived. The disease is marked by periods of sadness, coughing, wheezing, general dismay, hate, and stress. First known patient was L.H.
Man, I feel so stupid for moving away. Screw you Portland, you will never be as great as DC.
L: I feel sick.
C: where were you?
L: I went back to DC.
C: oh, you must have Acute DSB Sickness

She has loved him all her life and she couldn't show it, Oh well, she just has a sick heart.
He has a sick heart trying to love, her. She will screw him over in no time, she is such a sick heart.
She keeps coming back, and it does her so much harm, sick heart is what she is is.
I became sick at heart just looking at all the homeless children. What happened to her? She just had a sick heart looking at the homeless children

Pig sick is when you feel very sick. Not to the point where you need to go to the hospital, but sick enough that you can complain to all your family and friends and instead of laughing at you, they actually sympathize.
Person 1: "Just how sick are you?"
Person 2: "My head hurts, I have a runny nose, and a sore throat."
Person 1: Woah, you are definitely pig sick."
