Palooza

The art of throwing a very drunken extravagent party with a plethora of friends. Whoever is throwing the palooza usually adds their name as a prefix to the word. Paloozas are usually held on Wednesday.

dinner at deviant's palace

A song by the band Cradle of Filth. It is known more famously as "That on song that says the Lord's Prayer in a creepy voice when played backwards." The song played backwards can be found on the infamous internet prank "Subliminal Messages." Many find the song more disturbing when played forward than backwards. You can find both versions of the song on YouTube if you don't feel the need to download it.

Person 1: Have you ever heard "Dinner at Deviant's Palace" by Cradle of Filth?

Person 2: Oh, isn't that that one song that says the Lord's Prayer in a creepy voice when it's played backwards?

Palm Beach

6th richest town in the US. Located in Palm Beach County in southeast Florida. Its the home to asshole rich kids, expensive cars and real designer bags; a place where one could see at least 10 Bentleys on a simple journey to the supermarkt; the East coast version of Laguna Beach.

-In Palm Beach, the most difficult decision one must make everyday is whether to take the Bentley or Mercedes.

-The average yearly income for a Palm Beach resident if $156,890.56 according to the 2000 census.

Palos Verdes

I gotta correct some misconceptions about PV. Yes, it's affluent, but it's not nearly as showy and plastic as, say, Beverly Hills or Brentwood. It has a very small town feel. And yes, it has no night life, but we like it that way. It's quiet. It has trees. It has nature. It has wild animals. It has few street lights. We live here because we hate downtown LA, Orange County, and other concrete overly developed jungles. It's a beautiful oasis in a sea of ugly cities. We get the benefits of both worlds. We can leave The Hill into the lower cesspool for whatever we need, but can return back to the sweet peace. PV rocks.

Bottom line, if someone wanted to be a show-off and flaunt their wealth to the masses, Palos Verdes ain't the place they would do it. Most of the people are very down to earth and nice in my experience.
