A youtube series following a loose cast of teenagers that live in northeast Illinois. Started in June 2006. It is a look through the lives of those teenagers and their ideas in the form of skits that are only funny to the members of the show and a couple of deranged fans. It is also called CES

CTM (Crazy Thirsty Messy)

CTM is an acronym for a person, usually of the female persuation, who is not only crazy and thirsty, but adds insult to injury by also being “messy”. A person who is unstable, needs constant attention and does not care who they offend or piss off by being flagrant and open with their behavior. Someone who is both bi-polar and borderline.

I’d think twice about messing with her, bro... she’s a stage 4 CTM (Crazy Thirsty Messy) with narcissistic tendencies.
