Phone Induced Brain Rot: The not-so-gradual reduction in our attention spans due to constant use of smartphones, to the point that it becomes more and more difficult to read more than 10 pages or so at a time -- even in a good book.

I started to read "Fire and Fury" and despite it being really interesting, I couldn't plow through more than a few pages at a time. PIBR, I guess.
