This pathetic creature is usually best spotted in the back of a police cruiser, which should induce you to yell out to the cop driving..."Hey that's the guy that tried to rape my cheerleading high school sister, but the football team punter kicked his little ass."

Cop1: "Man, look at those little bastards...I wish they'd go home to their mommies or something."
