cigarette dipped into pcp/angeldust oil/liquid. filter is removed and cig is lit with another lit cigarette. due to fact that if "Dipper" is lit by a lighter it will set entire cigarette on fire due to flamability.

Dipset. The Diplomats, a Harlem NY based record label consisting of: Cam`ron, Jim Jones, Freekey Zekey, Juelz Santana, J.R. Writer, Hell Rell, 40 Cal, and Jha Jha.. Even though there shit might not ryhme/make sense more than half the time and "dipset" is said every other word.. it sure does flow nicely and is super fly. In refrence to the confusion of the meaning of the word Dipset, it is beleived that the word was thought of by taking the first 3 letters of Diplomats and adding set "those guys are a heavy set"

Dipped on: The difinition for "dipped out" usually discribes a action of a person or persons who is running or running from someone or people and usually gets away. It may also be used to describe some in a sporting event.

Like..."I seen this dude running from the cops the other day and that dude dipped out on the cops. If used to describe someone in a sporting event, you may say "the running back cought the ball and dipped out on the defense and scored a touch down"
