Collagen

The proteins and connective tissue of mammals (animal fat) which is somehow turned into some type of unnatural substance that one injects under their skin. It is mainly used by ragged, thin lipped hookers who have spent too much time sucking cock without sunscreen on their mouths or something (exp: Lisa Rinna, Jessica Simpson). It is also used to smooth out wrinkles and make you look like a zombie freak (exp: Nicole Kidman).

Synapses-Collapses

Synapses-Collapses is what occurs when a person is unable to properly communicate words, usually after a night of heavy partying. The cause of Synapses-Collapses is the synapse between the neurons in the brain do not fire properly, hence causing a collapse in word formulation.

Jeff: Do you have a mack of patches?
Dennis: Do you mean "pack of matches"? Dude, you just had a synapses-collapses.
