Noun: The Avoidable, nonsensical, most of the time off the wall ridiculous actions that arise from a very simple situation. Rampant stupidity that usually arises at a place of business or in a friend group that creates, houses and actively accepts drama and toxicity.

Short: usable (non curse) word for unexplainable avoidable extra bullshit that shouldn't be happening usually due to fakeness and favoritism.
