HornoDump Reflex

A psychophysiological phenomenon where sexual arousal creates a simultaneous or conflicting sensation of needing to defecate, likely due to pelvic nerve crossover and increased blood flow to the region.

Symptoms may include:
• Confused arousal
• Urgent but mysterious bowel pressure
• Mild shame followed by laughter
• Googling “do I need to poop or am I just horny?”
