Knocking Calf

The raising of one foot onto an elevated surface, arching of the knee, then reaching under with one hand in order to perform sexual acts upon oneself. Traditionally performed in a seated position with a slight hunch in the back. Not recommended for those suffering from lower back pain or chronic injuries.

I hear Steve put his back out again knocking calf last night. We really have to find him a girlfriend
