Diabetes that results from eating a large amount of chocolate and sweet candies on or shortly after Halloween. It is a temporary condition if the patient returns to eating "food" containing protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

I am so tired, and I keep having to drink and pee every hour. I think I have Hallowbetes!
