Usually a mentally ill person who likes anime and makes a big deal about it. It's calling is mostly weird sounds randomly placed around the day and is various in nature. Will stare or do a pose if spotted and doesnt talk that much. Will reference anime on a minute basis and uses things seen on there to use as moves when attacked or threatened.

Person: *walks around forest and hears noises, walking further seeing a person bonking their head against a tree* hi?
Cris: *turns around freezing in place and stares you down*
Person: o...okay

Cris: *starts naruto running towards you*
Person: *screams*
