Phrase used to reference groups of females at clubs that dress similarly and extremely provacative/slutty... yet sneer or get offended at men if they are approached. They instinctively exhibit herd mentality when visiting the bar or bathroom. Lack of any singular intelligence among the group is implied.

Cotter

It can be used to describe slightly cold hot stuff or slightly hot cold stuff. Like a mix of both but it isn’t warm or in the middle.

The word cotter can me defined as in between cold and warm, and in between hot and warm. Kind of like a mix of hot and cold but not considered warm.

When people refer to people as hot/ugly and ugly/hot.

Example could be icy hot

When u leave a hot drink out and it slightly cools off so its still hot just not as much but its also not warm its more than warm.

It can be used to describe temperature if its in between warm and cold, and, warm and hot.
