Stems from a system administrator that is nerdy (even by other nerd's standards), paranoid (often getting into 911 arguments; "of course it was an inside job", he says), not bright enough to realize he's dumb but thinks he's really, really smart and tries to prove it to everyone by coming up with terrible, expensive, ineffective solutions that eventually fail because they're too convoluted to actually be maintained or operate properly in the first place. In his mind, they have to be convoluted to demonstrate that he's smart.

Colton, CA

Colton, CA is a City in San Bernardino County but it's also part of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Colton, CA has a neighbor Grand Terrace. Colton, CA is a small city unlike it's siblings Rancho Cucamonga or Redlands. Colton, CA has a hot tropical climate, if you buy a home there you need Air Conditioning to cool yourself. People like to exaggerate how bad is the city. Let's talk about the education, Colton, CA has their own district which is CJUSD (Colton Joint Unified School District). CJUSD is a good district. They have good teachers but not all of them. CJUSD is against Bullying and Harassment which is a problem in California. Don't think CJUSD is like MVUSD. Colton has been improving on their crimes and housing. Colton has been opening up new homes in west colton. Colton is currently working on their downtown area which I should wait for that. Colton has a good community. And it has elderly people in the city so are Latinos. No all African American or Latinos are bad in the city they have good and positive people.
