dirty cops

a police officer who finds a dirty used condom from a male prostitute that's been in the anus of a male whore. Then scrapes the semen out of it, found in dirty rest stop bathroom in Mexico and then spreads it on his face like he thinks Rambo would.

Like the dirty cops of C. springs, they wear like a badge of honor don't wipe it off until it wears off.
