It’s when the whole world is ending, and everything is going wrong, and you’ll never be happy again, and you can’t breathe because you’re unhappy, and you don’t matter, you’re worthless, and nobody cares. There are two solutions. You overcome it, or you suicide. You can overcome it. I believe in you. Don’t suicide. Be strong.
