The third tier of hip-hop affluence, an exhibition of wealth using a music video medium. Particular emphasis is placed on upon artist in their highly representative gesture of throwing sums of money in the air on a whim, thereby indicating the success of his records. Amateur artists in the vein of Flo Rida cannot achieve the Feet Money tier, often explicitly counting their money and handling it conservatively. It is only when the money is disregarded as worthless in comparison to the rest of their empire that it can litter the floor. The act of stepping on bank notes enables a progression to the prestigious third tier.
