When you hurt yourself in such a terrible way that you'd be lucky if you went numb.

Ryan closed the door, unaware that a yeti had just broke all of his fingernails back, as well as snapped both of his legs into right angles to the sides. The yeti then bashed Ryan's skull in the door 8 times, causing Ryan to spit up blood and 4 teeth. Ryan couldn't feel anything from the neck down after the yeti had broken his spine.
"Haha, I guess you could say this was Numb Luck! Ha!" Mumbled Ryan.

Number Three

A street name for Heroin free-base (often looks like a light-brown powder), the often abused illegal narcotic. It can be smoked.

The number comes from the steps of purification until turning heroin into a salt (Number Four, that is).
Mostly used in Europe.

I mixed my Number Three with citric acid in order to turn it into a water-soluble salt for injecting.
