The word foot comes from the word 'legend', as when you split the word 'legend' in half, you get 'leg end'. The end of the leg is the position of the foot, hence the new meaning of the word 'foot'.

One who has tracked their feet in fecal matter.

Definition 2:

One who has significantly dirty feet from walking in a public place or public bathroom.

Definition 3:

One who metaphorically is always in the wrong place at the wrong time.
