Another word for "pedophile" or "groomer," but exclusively refers to an incel in his mid 20's.

The main use is the same dismissive insult as "ok boomer" or "ok retard," but it can also be used as a pejorative slur against child predators.

Note: this is not to be confused with the number itself, 42, which is the answer to the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.
