Any stretch of road where the majority drive below the speed limit, or if a two lane road they drive at the speed limit side by side. Thus keeping you from passing their idiot asses.

Rt. 31 should be renamed Idiot Boulevard.

an idiotager is so named because kids in that age range, (with very few exceptions) nowadays, don't behave like brats anymore- and therefore can't be called bratagers either- but do behave like idiots (BEHAVING LIKE an idiot IS NOT synonymous with BEING an idiot), repeating the mistakes of their parents and previous generations in terms of re-inventing sex, drugs, styles, rock-n-roll.
