The west side wiggle is a sexual move similar to the 2pink 1stink method. maneuvering your hands in order to make a W like the sign for West Side. IE wrap your middle and index finger together. Now insert the pinky in the anus, the twisted index finger and middle finger in the vagina, and use the pointer finger to stimulate the clitorus. Highly effective!
