LoadIt

A verb which refers to the act of significantly increasing the resistance on a spin bike. This is especially important when one is engaging in a challenging climb. The phrase LoadIt was coined by a Brooklyn fitness instructor. LoadIt is accomplished by turning the flywheel on a spin bike clockwise to the right.

When the spin instructor wanted the class the feel a heavier road for a large climb on the bike, she called out to the class, "LoadIt!"
