Bangtan Brain

When you are first introduced to the K-pop group BTS and are subsequently unable to do anything else. It is similar to catching a virus, because it may start with casual contact but then soon spreads through your entire body and mind. Soon you have gone down a K-hole and are obsessively watching every video, interview, game show, reality show, live, log, and performance they have done in the past, while checking your news feed every morning to see if they have been on Korean TV overnight. It causes you to stop functioning at work and social situations. There is no known cure.

I took a day off of work because I had a terrible case of Bangtan Brain, and needed to stay home and watch every episode of American Hustle Life again.

A turn of phrase meant to insult either yourself or others for their foolishness or stupidity to the point of it seeming as if there brain is leaking out of their own skull, hence brain drain

A friend that is ordinarily quite adept at chess, horribly blunders an obvious play, the only possible explanation being a severe brain drain at the time.

Brain Sprint

When you think really hard about a very, very complicated problem at a rapid rate for a short and intense period of time and then, thankfully, come to a satisfactory answer after which you are complete spent and brain-dead as if "catching your breath".

The reason I'm lying down on the floor in my office is that I found a fatal flaw in the software and had a brain sprint. I think I'm done for the day.
