noun. person. A redneck who is forced to lose his mullet, drive a car instead of a pick-up truck, refrain from wearing camouflage clothing or otherwise disguise his natural appearance. Also, a individual who outwardly can be classified as a yuppie or liberal who secretly enjoys beef jerky, pork rinds, cheap beer, NASCAR and firearms.

Leroy who is a loan officer at the bank is an undercover redneck.
